Paul Vallone Gets Endorsement
The League of Humane Voters of New York City announced this month that they are endorsing and supporting Paul Vallone’s candidacy for City Council in the 19th District of Northeast Queens.
John Phillips, Executive Director of LOVH was pleased to announce the endorsement on the behalf of the Board of Directors, who are all looking forward to get involved with Paul’s campaign. Paul Vallone proudly accepted this honor and is looking forward to joining forces with LOVH-NYC and continuing the fight for animal rights.
The League of Humane Voters was founded in 2001 and since then has become the political arm of the local animal protection movement. LOVH-NYC mobilizes public concern for animals through the democratic political process by building support amongst citizens, activists, political parties, candidates and elected representatives all over the city. Recognizing that animal protection is a political issue as well as a moral issue, LOVH campaigns for the election of humane candidates to public office. |
