Sergeants Benevolent Association Endorses Paul Vallone for 19th District

Paul Vallone is honored to announce that the Sergeants Benevolent Association has endorsed his Candidacy for NYC Council. This is his fifth Law Enforcement Endorsement which also includes the Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association, the Detectives’ Endowment Association, the Captain’s Endowment Association, and the Corrections' Officers Benevolent Association.

These endorsements in conjunction with Mayor Bloomberg’s Endorsement clearly recognize Paul’s dedicated advocacy for public safety in his community.

          Edward D. Mullins, President of the Sergeants Benevolent Association, presented the Endorsement to Vallone on behalf of the 11,000 active and retired Sergeants of the New York City Police Department. He stated that, “Above all else, we respect the rule of law and we believe very strongly that the job of ensuring the safety of our fellow citizens is perhaps the most sacred responsibility in our society. We feel that you have already proven your dedication and loyalty to the people of Northeastern Queens by your community involvement and the many charitable endeavors that you have been part of.”
